The traditional Conference Dinner will be held on
the evening of Thursday, July 20th 2017, in a place to be informed in the near future. Only registered
participants and visitors of the 2017 ISHPSSB & ABFHiB meeting are entitled
to participate in this ceremonial dinner.
The price of the conference dinner is US$40.00 per
person. This price excludes alcoholic drinks (they can be ordered and paid
separately) but does include soft drinks, mineral water and fruit juices. There
will be a wide variety of cold and warm dishes of international cuisine,
including many vegetarian and vegan options. You will be able to point out your
specific dietary needs when you fill the Conference Dinner registration form.
Due to the need of previous planning, all
reservations for the Conference Dinner must be done in advance (from March 1st
to April 30th 2017). It will be utterly impossible to accept any booking after
the end of April.
Please note that, due to the limited capacity of
the venue, bookings will be made on a first-come first-serve basis. We cannot
guarantee that all participants of the Conference will be able to take part in
the Conference Dinner.

They may also pay for the optional Shuttle Service (between selected
hotels and the conference venue)
and order hard copies of the book of abstracts, T-shirts, mugs,
calendars and other souvenirs of the meeting at the Conference Shop.

cancellation request is received in writing (by e-mail) before June 1st, 2017
(11:59 pm GMT), registration fees and conference dinner payments will be
refunded, minus an
administrative charge of US$40.00. There will be no refunds for
cancellations made after June 1st, 2017. Requests for cancellation must be sent
via e-mail to ISHPSSB.email@example.com.
