The local organizing committee of the 2017 ISHPSSB
& ABFHiB Meeting will offer to registered participants and visitors a
special Shuttle Service (using buses and vans) from selected hotels to the
conference venue, and return.
The total cost of the shuttle service, for the 6
days of the conference (Sunday to Friday), is US$60.00. It can only be booked
in advance (from March 1st to May 5th 2017), from this web page. Payment will be made online, using either an
international credit card or a PayPal account.
Notice that it is impossible to book the Shuttle Service for fewer days, because of operational difficulties.

There are other options to reach the conference
location: by public transportation (underground and buses) or taxis. Check

Among these, four were chosen for providing the optional conference
shuttle service (daily bus and/or van service between the hotel and the
conference venue). Detailed information about these hotels and other

of the other lodgings are located within walking distance of the four
hotels with shuttle service. Those who choose any of those nearby
hotels may also be willing to book the optional shuttle service.
However, it will be necessary to go the the front entrance of the
nearby shuttle service hotel, at the appointed times, to use the

cancellation request is received in writing (by e-mail) before June 1st, 2017
(11:59 pm GMT), the Shuttle Service payment will be refunded, minus an
administrative charge of US$20.00. There will be no refunds for
cancellations made after June 1st, 2017. Requests for cancellation must be sent
via e-mail to ISHPSSB.firstname.lastname@example.org.
